The Cobra can call upon ancestral spirits to assist in Rituals and Ceremonies, and perhaps render other services. You gain 5 dots in Mawla representing an ancestral spirit you have called upon with some ritual or ceremony. This Mawla can assist in Rituals and Ceremonies conferring 2 automatic successes, if the spirit is involved for the whole Ritual or Ceremony cut the casting time in half. The spirit can also be very fickle, if the roll only succeeds by a margin of 2 1 or less, or it fails outright, roll a 1d10 check, on a failure the Mawla becomes a 5 dot adversary for the night, this adversary flip happens automatically on a bestial failure.
