Rumours persist of foul Fiends who force their limbs to melt into pools of diseased vitae, and while that is certainly a bloodier application of this power they share enough traits for some to raise eyebrows.

|system=Partial bindings such as cuffs or table restraints can be escaped without a roll, and whereas dice pools to pass through other obstructions (like metal barsor a straitjacket) or and fit into tight spaces receive a two-dice bonus. Once per turn when defending in physical combat, add two-dice to your pool from shifting your body insubstantial to avoid glancing blows and bullets.
