You could share an apartment with a flatmate, share your house with your mortal relatives, be a landlord with regular interruptions from tenants, lack perfect security between your office Haven and the other workers of the building or run a flop house. Whilst you do not lose the bonuses your Haven rating provides you, nor are you at risk of a mortal casually walking in during the day to open the curtains, you cannot use the space with perfect freedom and must be aware of possible interruptions whilst engaged in sensitive business.
