You have proven yourself to a minor Sabbat pack, and been joined to them in the Vaulderie. While they might not consider you a true member of the Sword of Caine, you're still their packmate, and they'll have your back if you really need it. You have the equivalent of a one-dot Mawla, as long as you stay loyal and keep proving yourself useful.
