All Lasombra are intimately familiar with how Oblivion interacts with technology. Most of the time, it's nothing but a headache, turning a simple text message into a minutes-long struggle to make the keyboard respond properly. But some Lasombra have found ways to twist this trait into something more useful against the SI.

• Cost: One Rouse Check
• Dice Pool: Resolve + Oblivion
• System: The Lasombra pulls on the Oblivion-energy in their blood, drawing it into their mouth and lungs, then exhales it as a faint black-and-red mist that disperses into the air. If they succeed at a Resolve + Oblivion roll (difficulty 3), all complex technology within five meters per point of margin jams, malfunctions, or shuts down. On a critical win, the devices burn out and cannot be reactivated without extensive repairs. “Complex technology” generally includes all electronics and any mechanical device with at least five moving parts.

This is cool, but I'd adjust the Difficulty to be 4. Generally speaking, power level +1 is where the difficulty is often set for things, as default.
