The vampire may lengthen her tongue at will, splitting it into a fork like that of a serpent. The tongue may reach 18 inches or half a meter, and makes a terrifyingly effective weapon in close combat.

• Cost: One Rouse Check
• Dice Pool: Dexterity + Brawl attack pool in conflict
• System: The lash of the tongue’s razor fork causes aggravated damage to Mortals and unhalved superficial damage to Kindred and other Supernaturals with a +2 damage modifier. If the Kindred wounds her enemy, she may drink blood from the target on the next turn as though she had sunk her fangs into the victim’s neck. Horrifying though it is, the tongue’s caress is very like the Kiss, and strikes mortal victims helpless with fear and ecstasy. Additionally, the tongue is highly sensitive to vibrations, enabling the vampire to function effectively in the darkness the Clan prefers. By flicking his tongue in and out of his mouth, the vampire gains a +1 bonus to Wits + Awareness (taste) checks

This seems stronger than Feral weapons. I would even say that Tongue of Asp could be made with Feral weapons since "Vampiric Bite Attacks still only deal two points of Aggravated damage despite the number of successes, but do not suffer the called shot penalty." Tongue of Asp range is just fluff since its still Brawl distance. If you want to keep it as a separate power, i would remove completely the unhalved superficial and merge a bit of the mechanics of Brutal feed in there, meaning that of being able to feed on attack (which in combat you cannot unless brutal feed or full grapple hold in place which is an action entirely needed preceding the feeding on combat). This should probably be a level 3 power, its clearly more versatile than Feral weapons.

I don't see why a barbed tongue would do +2 dmg, +1 at the most.
