Favoured primarily by Ministers, this power allows a vampire to mimic any voice they have previously heard. This power is often used to manipulate mortals, lure them into dark alleys for feedings, or even just to torment them for the user’s sick pleasure.

• Cost: 1 Rouse Check
• Dice Pool: Manipulation + Obfuscate vs, Wits + Insight
• System: The user can supernaturally disguise their voice, appearing to take on the voice, accent and cadence of any person they have heard speak. Anyone who knows the voice the user is imitating may make a Wits + Insight roll, contested by the user’s Manipulation + Obfuscate roll, to determine that the voice is faked. If the user also has the Ghost in the Machine power, this can fool voice-activated security systems.
