Vintage Advantages: Anchoring and Flaws

In ordinary V5, you gain no benefits from taking Flaws past the mandatory for character gen. This changes that without growing to the ridiculous standard of previous editions.

When you take a Background or other Advantage, you may choose to Anchor it to another Advantage you already possess. This is then treated as a single Advantage for the purposes of cost. The Anchored Advantage can then possess other Advantages and Flaws through this same method, increasing and reducing the cost of the Anchored Advantage as a whole.
