Thin-Blood Alchemy ••••
Libertatem, originally dubbed "Clearest Tea" by its inventor, Scalpel (a Saint Petersburg Thin-Blood), is a tea-like substance with an extraordinary property of weakening blood bonds. While primarily used to free ghouls from their addictions, it can also be used to break blood bonds.
- Cost: Ingredients: a drop of the target's (ghoul's or thrall's) blood, various leaves and dried berries, distilled water, choleric and sanguine human blood.
- Dice Pool: Resolve+Thin-Blood Alchemy vs. Blood Potency
- System: After brewing the tea, the thin-blood rolls a Resolve+Thin-Blood Alchemy check against the Domitor's or the regnant's Blood Potency. The bond's strength reduces by the margin of success (divided in half (rounding up) if it's a blood bond between two vampires).
- Duration: Indefinite
