The Vampire the Masquerade 5th Edition Homebrew Wiki is a fan-created and fan-maintained project. As such, there are some disclaimers that must be posted in regards to IP use and copyrights.

All art used on the site is copyright its copyright holders and used for non-profit reasons.
All material written for the wiki is considered 'derivative work' of the source material (Vampire the Masquerade and Vampire the Masquerade 5th Edition) and is presented under fair use in a non-profit manner.
