When in war-shape, the vampire distributes three bonus dots between their Strength, Dexterity, and Stamina (which can’t raise any attribute above 5), and does not need to Rouse to activate any Protean powers of level three or lower. They also add their Protean to all Intimidation rolls (which does not stack with any bonuses from other discipline powers).
