Calcinatio is amazingly thematic but incredibly janky and unintuitive to use. In order to use powers like Soaring Leap or Far Reach, you need to be sucking on the mortal while bouncing around or reaching for distant objects. The default *power level minus one* rule also makes level 1 power use free and infinite, which is unwanted.
