|duration=Until the curse’s severity is exhausted or the primary victim dies. The alchemist can revoke the curse using a similar ritual to the initial cursing, requiring the same number of Rouse Checks and superficial Willpower damage. They need not be fully willing to do this - e.g. a powerful Dominate, or conventional threats, can prompt them to lift the curse. Once a curse is lifted, the alchemist cannot curse the same target, nor anyone who was an affected relation, for at least one year per success of the original curse.
