|flaw1=Whenever you suffer a total failure on a simple test, failure on an opposed roll, or Messy Critical on any roll, your shadow moves and warps to your detriment. The precise effect is at the Storyteller's discretion, but it may distort unnaturally and alert mortals to something supernatural, move distractingly or mockingly in order to cause a one die penalty to your next roll, or cause you to suffer an additional level of Willpower damage after halving when losing a contest in social conflict.
