|system=When staked through the heart, the vampire may make a rouse check to resist paralyses. The vampire nonetheless loses one point of strength per round. If the stake is removed, the vampire's strength instantly returns to normal. If the vampire has not managed to remove the stake before reaching 0 strength, they are paralyzed as per normal rules.
