If nothing else the quintessential Toreador is a vampire with epicurean tastes. This manifests as a an obsession with the blood from people the Toreador has already fed from. If the Toreador has an opportunity to drink from a prior victim they need to roll willpower against a difficulty equal to the bane severity to not pursue feeding from that person. Note that they don't jump the person but they will conspire to get the victim into a situation where they can feed from them.
