Changes

|system=Roll Resolve+Protean vs. Stamina+Resolve of the target, the target may forgo their opposed roll, in such a case the difficulty to roll against becomes 1. The Vampire may now apply their Vicissitude power to others, trading their physical ability score dots for changes. These changes now last indefinitely until undone by another application of this power or until healed as were they aggravated damage. The changes may now stack. So for example: the user may boost the same attribute multiple times and improve the looks merit also multiple times. The user may also apply these changes as negatives, in such cases the target doesn't need to trade dots of physical attributes for the changes.
