BLOODLINE: MINISTRY CHARACTERS ONLY (this loresheet is a work in progress)

With the Followers of Set rebranding and joining the Anarchs, there is at least one bloodline who remains "Independent" The Serpents of Light, or "Cobras" Whether or not they remain with the fringe remnants of the Sabbat, or perhaps even joined with the Hecata on referral from their Samedi allies in the new pseudo-sect Clan, they continue to practice a bastardized form of the Wanga faith in true Setite fashion.

The fact that they revile Set makes joining with the Anarchs in any but the most open-minded baronies a bit of a political hassle to say the least, but perhaps in regions lacking many Ministers, or with younger Anarchs oblivious or indifferent to their history with the Sabbat, they could find a home in the local Anarch scene, ready to join the fight against the Camarilla.

Disciplines: Serpents of Light have access to the usual Ministry Disciplines of Obfuscate Presence and Protean but may at storyteller's discretion replace Obfuscate with Auspex

Bane: Cobras suffer from the usual Bane in addition to the following: Every night the Cobra must perform a 10 minute ritual dedication to the spirits. Should they fail to do so, their Haven, even a temporary one, gains the "Creepy" and "Haunted" Flaw (Vampire the Masquerade 5th Edition Corebook Pg. 188

Wangateur

The effect of the Loresheet level.

•• Zarubanda's Malice

Like their parent Clan, the Cobras know a thing or two about fostering self-destructive behaviors in others. You gain 2 dice to any roll towards convincing someone kindred or kine to indulging in an addiction or harmful fixation.

••• Blinding Chango

The Cobra can inflict curses on their targets.

•••• Voudoun

The Cobras practice voodoo, either with something akin to Setite Sorcery or Necromancy. Choose Blood Sorcery or Oblivion, the Discipline you choose counts as an additional in-Clan Discipline. Any Power, Ritual or Ceremony takes the flavor of voodoo, with flour circle wards, dolls for ranged effects, gourd rattles for allied effects, etc.

••••• Call the Ara Orun

The Cobra can call upon ancestral spirits to assist in Rituals and Ceremonies, and perhaps render other services. You gain 5 dots in Mawla representing an ancestral spirit you have called upon with some ritual or ceremony. This Mawla can assist in Rituals and Ceremonies conferring 2 automatic successes, if the spirit is involved for the whole Ritual or Ceremony cut the casting time in half. The spirit can also be very fickle, should the roll fail without the Spirit's aid or fail in general, roll a 1d10 check, on a failure the Mawla becomes a 5 dot adversary for the night, this adversary flip happens automatically on a bestial failure.
