Animalism ••••

  • Prerequisite: Bond Famulus

The Twin Souls allows the Cainite to share minds with their Famulus. Both they and the animal can experience the other’s consciousness entirely by focusing, which can be overwhelming for both parties in times of stress. But makes the animal a more ideal spy and ally.

  • Cost: One Rouse Check
  • Dice Pool: Manipulation + Animalism
  • System: Once the Bond is fully established, the two are able to share minds from that point forwards. With some focus, the vampire may perceive through the animals senses anywhere in the world. The Vampire can control the Famulus by issuing commands like they would with Feral Whispers, by rousing the blood and rolling Manipulation + Animalism at a normal difficulty, and by rolling Humanity difficulty equal to 7 minus their Animalism rating, they can spy through the famulus during the day with this ability similar to Subsume The Spirit. Should the Famulus be killed by anyone except its master, the master takes a point of aggravated willpower damage and must immediately roll for Fury Frenzy at Difficulty 3 from the shock of having a part of themselves ripped away.
