- Amalgam: Fortitude 1, Potence 1
Almost unknown outside of the small Gargoyle experiment, this power allows them to turn their already rock-like skin into a facsimile of their surrounding environment, giving them limited capabilities to blend in and appear unnoticed.

- System: This power requires the Vampire to be standing against an environment with a reasonably consistent tone and texture – the side of a Concrete Car Park, the night sky, a craggy outcrop, even the bark of a wide tree trunk will suffice – If there is too much ordered pattern or bold differences, the effect is still attempted but far more obvious as the tone fails to match as well (For example a Mosaic or many thin Trees).
If the Vampire remains stock still and are not subject to direct and up close observation, they are undetectable by any normal means. As they are still physically there, observation from a differing angle may also break the effect. Note that as this is a case of the creatures skin actually taking on the texture of the surrounding area, Electronic surveillance is fooled as well. Limited motion is possible – the Gargoyle can move his rating in Fortitude in Inches per turn and maintain the illusion, anything faster than that causes the effect to blur.
